Open House for New Families

New families can tour the school, have questions answers, and meet faculty and staff during our annual Open House held in February in the school hall. This year's Open House was held on Sunday, February 13, 2011 from 1-3 PM.  If you have missed the Open House and want to come for a tour, please call or email the school office to schedule one.

Requirements

All incoming families must complete our registration packet. Please return, in person or via mail, the following items:

• Application per student
• Teacher Evaluation Form (may be mailed by teacher directly)
• Birth Certificate (a copy is acceptable)
• Current Form 14 of Immunization Record
• $35.00 application fee per student
• Most recent report card and previous year's final report card
• Baptismal/First Eucharist Certificates if Catholic

Please submit your application, application fee, and required documents as soon as possible.  Our new student testing appointments will be held after school Monday through Thursday by appointment.
